New Total Cost Calculators

Today HebHomes have uploaded Total Construction Cost Calculators into our Members Area for our full range of kit houses.  Developed by a Quantity Surveyor these Excel spreadsheets show an estimated cost of how much your house will cost to build using a main contractor (central mainland UK prices). 

The calculator is designed to show a lower price when a more basic specification is chosen and a higher price when a more expensive specification is chosen.  You can play around with the tables to estimate the cost of your house on the basis of choices you have made (for example timber cladding, slate roof, oak flooring etc). 

Local contractors may be cheaper than these prices.  Organising the trades yourself can save 25 - 35% in overall building costs (excluding the kit).
