HebHomes supplies and erects the HebHome package. Supply & Erect is our core commercial service in Ireland. Your Irish contractor completes the Remaining Build Works. On suitable projects and where available, Partial or Full Turnkey offers additional contractor-led completion under a separate building contract; it is not included in the HebHomes Supply & Erect price.

Yes. With Supply & Erect, your appointed Irish main contractor carries out the groundworks and remaining building works. Agree the responsibilities and handover points with HebHomes and your contractor before work starts.
What should I send with my first enquiry?
Tell us your site location, the stage you have reached, any designs you like and your approximate complete-project budget. If you already have drawings or site information, mention these when you discuss your project.
