Supply + Erect is HebHomes’ core service in Ireland. We develop your selected design, manufacture the precision timber system, deliver it to site and erect the structural kit to the scope agreed in your contract.

Your HebHomes project architect is your principal contact for our design and kit package. This does not replace the Irish professionals responsible for the site-specific design, planning, building control or work outside the HebHomes contract.

PROJECT & PAYMENT JOURNEY

From design release to completed kit erection

Release Letter

Once the Release Letter is signed and the €1,100 deposit paid, we develop the agreed house drawings for use by you or your Irish planning agent. Copyright and the services included before planning are set out in the letter.

Draft technical drawings

After planning, we issue the Supply + Erect contract, current specification and supporting information, then prepare the first technical drawing package.

10% invoice · 10% cumulative

Agreed technical drawings

The kit drawings are coordinated and agreed, including the relevant structural engineering information for the HebHomes package.

10% invoice · 20% cumulative

Final drawings

Once the required consents are in place and you instruct us to proceed, the package advances towards procurement and fabrication.

35% invoice · 55% cumulative

Window order & manufacture

With the site programme agreed, project-specific expenses and any price changes are confirmed before windows and manufacturing are instructed.

35% invoice · 90% cumulative

Kit erection sign-off

The kit is cut, delivered and erected to the contracted scope. Detailed panel drawings are supplied for coordination.

7.5% invoice · 97.5% cumulative

Site-specific expenses

Delivery, accommodation, subsistence, crane or telehandler and other agreed erection expenses are reconciled.

Charged at cost

Window installation

Specialist installers complete the contracted window installation and the final kit-package payment becomes due.

2.5% invoice · 100% cumulative

Plan the complete cost: the kit price is only one part of the finished project. Delivery, plant, site conditions, professional fees, groundworks and completion trades must all be allowed for. VAT is applied according to the actual contractual supply and Irish rules.

AFTER ERECTION

Your local contractor completes the home

Any separately ordered joinery, kitchen or bathroom packages are delivered and invoiced under their agreed terms. Your main contractor coordinates the remaining construction work. Product or installation issues within the HebHomes scope should be reported promptly to your project team with photographs and video where useful.
