This new design is based on the popular LH302PD but without the additional bedrooms to the west gable. It has a stunning open plan dining/living area.
The kitchen is extrememly generous with a wall of full height built-in units, a large island unit and a 750 deep work counter for the sink.
The master bedroom and shower room downstairs are fully wheelchair accessible and two generous bedroom upstairs share a central bathroom. A porch option will provide for a fourth bedroom or home office. Versions of this house can be seen in our gallery here and here. It can also be viewed on Matterport here.
