Understanding the complete cost of building a HebHome in Ireland
HebHomes supplies and erects the HebHome package. The Supply & Erect amount is the HebHomes package price, not the cost of a completed home.
Your complete-project budget must allow for the confirmed Supply & Erect quotation, site and professional costs, Remaining Build Works, statutory costs, applicable VAT and contingency. Check what each estimate already includes to avoid double counting. Ground conditions, site access, utilities, specification and local contractor quotations can materially affect the final cost.
Use Prices to compare current model Supply & Erect amounts and indicative project-budget estimates. Figures labelled Full Build Cost From are Indicative Complete Project Cost estimates, not a HebHomes contract price or a fixed Turnkey quotation. Confirm their assumptions, allowances, exclusions and VAT basis, then ask an Irish quantity surveyor or contractor for a site-specific budget.
Partial or Full Turnkey may be available through an appropriate Irish contractor under a separate building contract, subject to site, scope, programme and capacity. Read about the contractor-led Turnkey route.
