Turnkey now Available in Ireland

Turnkey delivery can be available for Irish projects through an affiliated main contractor, subject to your site, location, agreed scope and contractor availability.

Turnkey describes the scope of a main-contractor service, not a separate procurement method. You enter into a building contract with the contractor; the HebHomes package has its own agreed contract and inclusions. Confirm responsibility for professional appointments, statutory approvals, groundworks, services, finishes and handover before proceeding.

DACA, our Irish architectural agents, can support the project locally. You may also appoint your own Irish professional team. Supply & Erect and kit-only options remain available, with the remaining work arranged separately.
