The Airigh 3A Collection brings together specially adapted versions of our popular AGH201, AGH301 and AGH401 designs. Each has been carefully redesigned to fall within the permitted 32–45m² floor-area range while retaining the architectural character, generous glazing and carefully planned interiors of the original Airigh homes.
These are permanent, self-contained homes rather than conventional garden rooms, providing a kitchen, living space, bedroom and bathroom within a highly insulated, energy-efficient building. Each design may qualify for Ireland’s new Class 3A planning exemption where the property, rear-garden location, existing structures, access, services and proposed use satisfy all the relevant conditions.
