Build Process

Building a HebHome in Ireland

HebHomes supplies and erects the contracted house package. Your Irish professional team and contractor coordinate the site-specific design, statutory requirements and Remaining Build Works needed to complete the home.

For the current detailed sequence and responsibilities, use our Irish Build Process guide and Project Sequence.

  1. Prepare the project: appoint the appropriate Irish architect, engineer and certification team, confirm finance, planning conditions and building-control requirements before starting.
  2. Prepare the site and foundations: your contractor provides agreed access, groundworks, drainage and foundations to the project engineer’s design. Coordinate the tolerances and delivery requirements with HebHomes.
  3. Manufacture, deliver and erect: HebHomes develops the technical package, manufactures and delivers the contracted structural system and erects the agreed elements under the Supply & Erect contract.
  4. Complete the external envelope: your contractor coordinates roof coverings, cladding or render, flashings and other work outside the HebHomes scope. A membrane-covered structure is not a fully finished weatherproof envelope.
  5. Complete services and interiors: the contractor and trades complete the agreed plumbing, electrics, heating, ventilation, internal linings, kitchens, bathrooms, finishes and external works.
  6. Inspect, certify and hand over: your Irish professional and certification team coordinates the applicable inspections, BCMS and completion documentation. Agree warranty, lender, insurance and handover requirements in the project appointments and building contract; no blanket NHBC or council-issued completion certificate is promised.

Separate prices and contracts: the HebHomes Supply & Erect price is not the complete-project cost. Published Full Build figures are Indicative Complete Project Cost estimates, subject to stated assumptions and exclusions. Partial or Full Turnkey may be available through an appropriate Irish contractor under a separate building contract, subject to the site, location, scope, programme and capacity.

Your quotation and signed contracts define inclusions, exclusions, payment triggers, completion obligations and defects arrangements. Check the Supply & Erect service, Turnkey route, Prices and payment guidance, then discuss your Irish project.
